Prag Mahal, a 19th century palace located next to the Aina Mahal in Bhuj, Gujarat is all set to get a makeover at a total cost of Rs 49 lakh. A proposal for the renovation has been recently forwarded by the Kutch administration to the Gujarat tourism department and the state government who are now busy allocating funds.
Gujarat Tourism officials claim that since Prag Mahal is a private heritage property, its legalities will have to be examined before starting the renovation work.
