Taj Mahal is open to public on all days except Fridays and public
holidays. On Fridays, it is open to the Muslims who come here to offer
prayers at the mosque during the time of the prayers. For general
public, the timing in Taj Mahal is as follows. The Taj Mahal remains open from 6am to 7pm everyday. There are extra costs for viewing the Taj during sunset. People are allowed to go inside the mosque inside the compound to offer prayers on every Friday. There are special rates for early morning and late evening timings that should be checked with the concerned authorities.
