New Okhla Industrial Development Area popularly called Noida is the face of the changing India. The city has been developed entirely keeping in mind the changing needs of the urban middle class. The rents are competitive to places of such repute as London's West End and New York's Manhattan. This beautifully laid city has become a model for similar other cities that now marks the Indian landscape. The city is now home to thousands of small and medium units apart from offices of several IT giants. The city is still spreading.
