Celebration Mall, India’s first heritage mall built purely on a historical theme will be operational by the end of this year in Udaipur, Rajasthan.
The project is a joint venture between AIPL (Advance India Projects Limited) and CapitaMalls Asia Limited, which is one of the largest mall management companies in Asia managing 87 retail properties in 48 cities across 5 countries.
The mall which is just 2 km away from the famous Fateh Sagar Lake has a parking capacity of 520 cars and will have amenities like ATM counters, cascading fountains inside the premises of the mall, banking facilities of prominent banks, utility services, such as a medical section with a doctor on call at all times and many others.
AIPL has ambitious plans of setting up Celebration Malls in 5 more locations in the country and looks forward to open 7 malls in the next few years.
