The tourism sector in Chhattisgarh added another feather to its cap when Prof Prem Kumar Dhumal, Chief Minister, Himachal Pradesh recently inaugurated a tourism complex with wayside amenities and an aquarium in Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh, constructed at an estimated cost of Rs 1.17 crore. While the complex will enable the tourists to make their journeys convenient and avail the facilities of wayside amenities, the aquarium will entertain children during their halts.
Ravinder Ravi, Minister for Irrigation and Public Health, Himachal Pradesh; JP Nadda, MLA and General Secretary, National BJP, Randhir Sharma, MLA, Manisha Nanda, Principal Secretary of Tourism, Himachal Pradesh; Subhashish Panda, Managing Director, Himachal Pradesh Tourism Development Corporation (HPTDC), Nandita Gupta, Deputy Commissioner, Bilaspur and other prominent personalities were present during the inaugural occasion.
