The 3rd edition of International Hospitality Fair (IHF) will kick start from October 21st to 23rd at Pragati Maidan, New Delhi. The event will be organized by Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) and supported by Ministry of Tourism, Government of India and leading industry associations like Federation of Hotel & Restaurant Association of India (FHRAI), National Restaurant Association of India (NRAI), Hotel Association of India (HAI) and Indian Federation of Culinary Associations (IFCA).
IHF 2010 will showcase many hospitality related services and the latest trends in F&B section (food and beverage) including wines, equipments, housekeeping, interiors and design, technology and many others. Other events like tourism summit, culinary and pastry challenges, bar tending challenges, wine tasting, green building and
green initiatives, interior and design, legal issues, safety and security will also take place.
