India’s capital, New Delhi that will play host to the upcoming Commonwealth Games (CWG) in October is all set to enthrall the public with its new makeover.
To benefit the people visiting the city during the games, the Delhi government has built 26 new road overpasses and 18 railway bridges. Around 3, 775 low- floor city buses have been added to provide the travellers an excellent transport facility. Then there’s the $3.4 billion for expansion of Delhi’s metro into the suburbs, and the construction of a new international airport terminal that will be able to handle 60 million passengers a year.
