The Andhra Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation (APSRTC) has plans to launch online ticket booking facilities at several key points in Chennai. APSRTC recently started online booking services where a passenger can book an e- ticket from the desktop. The APSRTC has also set up authorized booking centres in almost 60 places in the city.
The Andhra Pradesh Tourism Development Corporation has come up with a couple of attractive tour packages to woo tourists. APSRTC executive director, U. Sudhakara Rao said that APSRTC operated special services for marriage parties and group passengers from Chennai to Tirumala and Tirupati.
