While ITC Maratha has set up a state-of-the-art terrace rainwater harvesting plant, the ITC Grand Central has introduced green banqueting for its corporate clientele. Besides , the hotel encourages the use of wood free pencils, UV purified water in lieu of mineral water, use of daylight (where applicable), Use of ‘Good On One Side’ paper for conferences.
