Manali, the beautiful hill station of India will be getting an ultra modern Himachal Roadways Transport Corporation (HRTC) bus stand at an estimated cost of Rs 35 crore. Besides, the Transport Minister Mahender Singh Thakur also recently announced that 2 Volvo and 9 Tata air-conditioned buses would be added to the fleet operating on the Manali-Delhi route, while the Manali-Shimla route would get 2 deluxe buses.
To promote tourism and woo visitors, new routes such as Manali-Dehradun and Mussourie-Dhalousie would be launched. Manali which is famous for its adventure sports continues to be the preferred destination for honeymooners since the last few years.
