The 26th IATO (Indian Association of Tour Operators) annual convention will soon kick start on September 2nd at Hotel Inder Residency, Udaipur, Rajasthan with the theme ‘Tourism In the New World Order’. The 3-day event to be attended by the bigwigs from the Indian tourism industry is expecting at least 1,500 delegates to attend the convention.
On the sidelines of the convention, the association will organize Indian Tourism Fair (Travel Mart) showcasing latest tourism products and destinations and also conduct post tours and spouse tours for delegates on the last day of the convention. The post tours will cover tourist circuits such as Nathdwara, Haldighati, Eklingji, Mount Abu and Chittorgarh Fort.
Rajesh Mudgill, Chairman Convention & Honorary Secretary, IATO said, “With the system of travel business changing rapidly throughout the world, we decided to choose the theme’ Tourism- In the Changing Word Order’. Since our members are not fully aware about the vast changes taking place in the travel and tourism industry, the association intends to update its members on the same through this year’s convention.”
