Omaxe Limited, India’s leading real estate developer will be launching a new commercial project in Punjab which is slated to be complete within two-and-half years from the commencement of construction. ‘India Trade Tower’ dubbed as the tallest commercial building of Punjab, will be constructed at the cost of Rs. 120 crore. The building having a total area of 2, 45,000 sq.ft will have offices and retail spaces.
Additional Vice President , Ritesh Sehgal , Omaxe Limited said that this office-cum -shopping complex would be a part of the proposed Global Business Park which will be an international hotel and business hub spread over about 26 acres. This project would carry a realization value of about Rs 1,000 crore.
The business park is part of the proposed integrated township Omaxe Chandigarh Extension. Omaxe has 10 ongoing residential and commercial projects in Punjab.
