InterGlobe and Accor, the global hotel groups are coming together to develop 3 new hotel projects at the Delhi Aerocity, IGI Airport. The 3 properties of InterGlobe and Accor includes an Ibis hotel in the economy segment with 465 rooms, a Novotel hotel with 400 rooms in the first class segment, and a Pullman hotel in the upscale segment with 270 rooms. All 3 projects are currently under construction and will be operational from 2011. The Ibis hotel will open in the first quarter of 2011, while the other 2 hotels will open in the second quarter of 2012.
“The brand espouses the values of quality, simplicity and value and is positioned as the best value international hotels in India, for those consumers willing to trade off luxuries but not comfort,” Uttam Dave, head of development, Accor hotels said.
