Casino Carnival, which is already operating at Goa Marriott Resort, is planning to open its second casino at Panjim, Goa by June 2010.
Casino lovers will get to play interesting games like Five Card Poker, Three Card Poker, Roulette, Blackjack, Punto Banco, Texas hold’em. Speaking about the casino scenario in Goa, Dean Paes, Marketing and Public Relations Manager, Casino Carnival, said, “Casino Carnival at Panjim will be best equipped and most the beautiful casino in Goa. The demand for casinos in Goa is good; however, their scope depends on Government of Goa and the state’s infrastructure.” Apart from its luxury, tourist locations, beaches and carnival, Goa is also famous for casinos.
Goa being one of the hottest tourist spot in India, witnessed 6, 67,244 travellers from January till March 2010. Goa Tourism Development Corporation figures revealed that 25, 03,703 domestic and foreign tourists visited Goa from January till December 2009.
