The Andhra Pradesh Tourism Ministry that has successfully completed many public-private partnership( PPP) based tourism projects is now looking forward to start a chain of budget hotels in all the district headquarters of the State.
Out of 33 projects offered by tourism ministry, 19 projects for development under the PPP mode have been completed so far. The officials of the tourism ministry claim that the 2 hospitality projects - one at Jubilee Hills and another in the beach city of Visakhapatnam - will be completed by this year. The ministry is keen to develop many budget hotels on the similar lines under the PPP mode.
