Just to let you know we have returned safely to the UK. I would like to thank you all for the help you provided in organising all the hotels and transport etc. I know it must have been difficult as we always leave it to the last minute. The only negative was the one night in North Goa - nobody's fault.

... My flight out to Mumbai was delayed almost 2 hours. I had no way to contact the hotel and when I eventually got through customs etc was 3 hours later than planned. The driver complained he had had to wait.
Is it not possible for them to check status of incoming flights to avoid this?

The services received from you were excellent. Mainly you were very responsive lending confidence and security. The hotel where I stayed was fine, although no one was there to meet me at the airport. However, since my flight was delayed and more delays due to lost luggage, it was not their fault to leave.
