I was very pleased with the service that i received and the guys were very patient - Gaurav was very pleasant everytime we spoke and i cant remember the guys name who met me at Delhi Train Station and also came for payment for switching hotles was also very helpful and polite. The only thing was that at odd times my phone messages were not relayed to Gaurav, hence me having to chase (as whoever answered the phone didnt understand my question.
