In a bid to increase the sales for Kingfisher Resorts (owned by UB group in South Africa) from India as well as to create brand awareness in the Indian market, the South Africa-based Extraordinary Marketing Concepts (EMC) which manages sales, marketing and reservation is keen to appoint representation in India by early next year.
The company is keen to appoint either a DMC (Destination Management Company), Public Relations or a tour company for representing itself in India. It is targeting the upper middle class and high-end travellers from India who visit South Africa for game drives and wildlife adventures. EMC has its central reservation office in Johannesburg with offices in Durban, Cape Town and Europe.
The kingfisher resorts will increase its portfolio in the coming months by adding more properties in Mauritius, South Africa and East Africa. Presently, Kingfisher Resorts’ portfolio consists of Hamiltons Tented Camp, Hoyo Hoyo Tsonga Lodge and Imbali Safari Lodge in the Kruger National Park; Mabula Game Lodge and Kwafubezi Tented Safari Camp in the Waterberg; Clifftop Exclusive Safari Hideaway in the Welgevonden Game Reserve, Limpopo and the Cape Milner in Tamboerskloof.
