The Rajasthan State Road Transport Corporation (RSRTC) is all set to launch super luxurious Mercedes Benz buses in the state. The new bus service that will initially operate on the Jaipur-Delhi route will later be extended to other routes also.
PK Deb, chairman-cum-managing director of the Rajasthan Roadways, "We are the first ones to introduce these buses in north India. More such moves from the roadways will follow soon."The 45-seater buses decorated with various paintings will halt once on way to New Delhi. At the moment, Rajasthan has received just 1 such bus, and 4 more are expected to arrive in the next couple of days. In July, the roadways plan to introduce yet another kind of Volvo buses on the Jaipur- Delhi route.
