The Department of Tourism (DoT), Government of Jammu and Kashmir will soon launch a new tourism Policy that will lay emphasis on developing the state’s infrastructure, as well as promoting adventure tourism, with an aim to increase the tourists arrivals in the state.
In addition, the state tourism department will also organize a 4 day motor cycle rally -‘Mughal Road Rally’ from June 24-27 to draw more number of travellers. The rally that will pass through Srinagar, Kishtwar, Patnitop, Mansar, Suransar, Jammu, Rajouri, Bafliaz, Peer-ki-Gali and Shopian is expecting atleast 50 participants from across India.
