Goa-based property developer, Acron Group that had forayed into hospitality segment by opening by its first property ‘Fortune Select Regina Goa’ in January, has now launched Vivara Residences, a nationwide chain of residential communities for senior citizens in Arpora, North Goa.
Dr John Britto, Director, Acron Group said, “At Vivara Residences, care will be taken to ensure that people who come to live here can enjoy a worry-free life. Vivara operates on a leasehold model and not Freehold. So, one needs to pay only a deposit and a lease and we take care of the rest.”
The fully furnished, ready-to-move-in homes set up in a lively resort setting, are being designed to a high standard with eco-friendly features, physical amenities and senior-friendly services. The group also plans to establish ‘Vivara Residences’ in key locations like Coorg, Kerala, Pondicherry, Shirdi, Rishikesh, Brindavan and outskirts of other cities.
