South Africa-based Southern Sun Hotels has appointed Mumbai-based Global Destinations as their representative in India. Southern Sun Hotels that operates 57 hotels in South Africa and other properties in Middle East and Seychelles under three, four and five star categories is looking forward to tap the leisure, MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences and Exhibitions), sports and business travellers from India. Global Destinations will mainly create awareness about Southern Sun Hotels on a pan-India basis along with undertaking marketing strategies.
Pranav Kapadia, Director, Global Destinations said, “We will soon have a meeting in which we will decide on the strategies needed to be adopted in the Indian market. We will also undertake hand holding for Southern Sun Hotels where rates will be applicable as per the rates given by inbound operators.”
