India‘s Infrastructure major Nagarjuna Construction Company (NCC) will be making its debut in the hospitality sector in a big way. Its subsidiary, NCC Urban Infrastructure Ltd (NCCUIL) is establishing a wide range of hotels, resorts and serviced apartments under the Nagarjuna brand. The Nagarjuna Suites, situated in the heart of Bengaluru city will be the first property of the group and would be officially launched this month.
Javed Kunnibhavi, General Manager, Nagarjuna Suites said, “The hospitality plans are moving out of the drawing-board stage. Chikmagalur will likely be a resort while other locations will be a mix of hotel, resorts and serviced apartment developments.”
Furthermore, the company is also planning to open an international standard resort at Chikmagalur, 2 hotels at International Tech Park, Bengaluru (70 rooms) and Koramangala (70 rooms) respectively.
