Gurgaon-based Cinnamon Stays, which had earlier started its boutique apartment cum Bed and Breakfast (B&B) services with an inventory of 5 rooms, last year, is keen to increase its room inventory by adding 10 more rooms with in the span of 6 months. The company is also looking forward at expanding room inventory in Delhi after the addition of inventory in Gurgaon. While the Gurgaon rooms are targeted at corporate travelers, the rooms in Delhi will exclusively cater to leisure travellers.
Cinnamon Stays that offers good accommodation facilities at reasonable prices promotes its product offerings through non conventional methods like social networking sites and word of mouth publicity about the product. All the rooms are equipped with cozy beds, chair to work, a clean comfortable bathroom for the necessary stuff, Wi-Fi internet, extension boards, hand crafted lamps among others.
Shilpi Singh, The Host, Cinnamon Stays said, “The main purpose of starting this venture was to offer a product which was better than others, as well as a homely atmosphere for corporate travellers. The response we have received is tremendous and we are witnessing occupancy between 70 to 100 per cent and sometimes even more.”
