The first Clarks Inn brand of hotel in South India, Clarks Inn Hubli was inaugurated on September 23, 2009. It has finally has become operational in Hubli, the business hub of North Karnataka. Clarks Inn has collaborated with Vinayak Group, for running this 52-room four star hotel in the city. The hotel is located at a distance of three km from the airport and railway station.
Clarks Inn Hubli will have two restaurants, with a capacity of 100 pax each. One of them, to be known as Satvik, will be a strictly vegetarian North and South Indian cuisine restaurant and the other one, named The Bridge, will be a multi-cuisine restaurant. The hotel will have two banqueting facilities, with a maximum capacity of 80-100 pax and 200 pax respectively. 'Cloud 9', a lounge bar and a swimming pool will be the other major draws.
Anoop Kumar, Managing Director - Clarks Inn Group, said that the new hotel would consolidate the brand’s presence in South India. Their hotels in Goa and Bangalore are already in operation and have carved a niche in the field of tourism development. He also shared the brand’s plans of opening hotels in Vijayawada and Hyderabad, in the near future.
