Malaysia’s low-cost carrier, AirAsia X will introduce daily direct flights between New Delhi and Kuala Lumpur from August 4. The airline which will operate A330 aircraft on the new route has a seating capacity of 377 passengers. As per the flight schedule, flight D7 2506 will depart from Kuala Lumpur at 16:00 pm and arrive in New Delhi at 19:10 pm.
To commemorate the launch of the new route, the airline is offering 1,000 free seats for those who book online for travel to Kuala Lumpur between August 4- August 31. A traveller who avails a free ticket will have to pay Rs 1862, which is a nominal Service Tax.
Azran Osman-Rani, Chief Executive Officer, AirAsia X said, “The daily service between Kuala Lumpur and New Delhi will add significant thrust to the existing traffic between the two cities and provide great options for travellers looking for that quick weekend getaway.”
