Day 01: Goa
On day 1 of the tour package, the tourists will be received by our
representative at the Goa airport. They will be taken to one of the
hotels in Goa, where they can enjoy a comfortable night stay. Rest part
of the day will be spent at leisure.
Day 02: Goa
Goa is a place admired for its beaches. Its white sandy beaches provide
an awe inspiring view that is absolutely refreshing. On day 2 of the
Karnataka tour package, the tourists will be taken on a drive to visit
the gorgeous beaches, magnificent temples and old churches of Goa.
Overnight stay will be at the hotel in Goa.
Day 03: Goa - Badami
On day 3 of the Karnataka travel package, the tourists will be taken on
a drive to Badami city, which lies at a stretch of near about 187 kms
from Goa. It is known for its cave temples, out of which the most
ornately embellished cave is dedicated to Lord Vishnu. Overnight stay
will take place at the hotel in Badami.
Day 04: Badami
On day 4, the tourists will have their breakfast in the morning, after
which they will be taken on the sightseeing trip to visit the
magnificent temples at Aihole and Pattadakal. Aihole is of great
historical importance, as it was the first Chalukyan capital. Overnight
stay will be at the hotel in Badami.
Day 05: Badami - Bijapur
On the next day, the tourists will leave for Bijapur, which is
amazingly beautiful. It is the ancient town that was once the capital
city of Adil Shahi Dynasty. It is dotted by several mosques, palaces and
mausoleums. Overnight stay will be at the hotel in Bijapur.
Day 06: Bijapur
Day 6 is exclusively meant to explore the ancient town of Bijapur. It
houses a number of interesting places such as Gol-Gumbaz, Jumma Masjid,
Malik-e-Maidan, Anand Mahal, Mehtar Mahal and many more. Overnight stay
will take place at Bijapur hotel.
Day 07: Hospet
On day 7, the tourists will proceed for Hospet, a place truly worth a
visit. It has plenty of picturesque places such as Archaeological
Museum, Jogimatti, Himavat Kedaya waterfall, Murugharajendra Matha and
Ankli Matha. In the latter part of the day, the tourists will be taken
on an interesting excursion trip to Hampi, the ancient capital city of
Vijaynagar Empire. Hampi is famous for its incredible sculptures,
musical pillars and stone chariots. There are numerous places to see in
Hampi. To name a few, we have Vithala Temple, Virupaksha Temple, Lotus
Mahal etc. Overnight stay will be at the hotel in Hospet.
Day 08: Hospet - Hassan
On day 8, the tourists will leave for Hassan, a place known for its
tranquility and serenity. On arrival, the tourists will be taken to one
of the hotels in Hassan, which provides a decent ambience. The tourists
will check in at the hotel and relax for a while.
Day 09: Hassan
On day 9, the tourists will be taken on the excursion trip to visit the
temples at Belur and Halebid. The twin cities of Belur and Halebid are
of great interest to historians. Overnight stay will at the hotel in
Hassan.
Day 10: Hassan - Mysore
On day 10, the tourists will proceed for Mysore, which is well known
for its silk sarees & carved sandalwood work. On reaching, the
tourists will check into the hotel and rest for sometime. Rest part of
the day will be spent at leisure. The tourists can go about shopping or
simply stroll through the local markets of Mysore. Overnight stay will
take place at the hotel in Mysore.
Day 11: Mysore
Day 11 is planned exclusively for exploring the amazing Mysore city. It
houses a number of places of tourist attraction. To name a few, we have
Brindavan Gardens, Mysore Palace, St. Philomena's Church, Somnathpur
Temple, Chamundi Hills and many more. Night halt will take place at the
hotel in Mysore.
Day 12: Mysore - Ooty
On the morning of day 12, the tourists will leave for Ooty, which is
nothing less than a paradise. The breathtaking view it provides has an
unbeatable charm. While on the way, the tourists will also visit
Bandipur & Mudumalai Sanctuaries, Pyakara Dam, and Kamarajasagar. On
reaching Ooty, the tourists will check in at the hotel, where the
overnight stay will take place.
Day 13: Ooty
On day 13, the tourists will be taken on the sightseeing trip of Ooty.
The highlights of the trip include the lake, Conoor Tea Gardens,
Botanical Gardens, Dodda Betta, Sim's Park and many more. Overnight stay
will take place at the hotel in Ooty.
Day 14: Ooty - Munnar
On the fourteenth day of the Karnataka travel package, the tourists
will proceed for Munnar that is well known for its lush green tea
plantations. While on the way, the tourists will get an opportunity to
catch the glimpse of the beautiful waterfalls. On reaching Munnar, the
tourists will check in at the hotel and rest for a while. In the evening
time, they will be taken on a drive to visit Mattupetty, Rajamalai and
Eravikuloam National Park. Overnight stay will be at the hotel resort in
Munnar.
Day 15: Munnar - Cochin
On day 15, the last day of the tour, the tourists will have their
breakfast in the morning, after which they will proceed for Cochin (now
Kochi). Cochin has a number of interesting places such as Jewish
Synagogue, Mattancherry Palace, Chinese Fishing Nets etc. On returning
back from the sightseeing trip, the tourists will be taken to the
airport so that they can board their flight for their onward journey.
