India’s hospitality firm, Sayaji Hotels, is all geared up to launch a new property near Van Vihar in Bhopal by September 2012. The 100-room hotel spread across 4 acres of land will be built at the total investment of Rs 85 crore. The Indore-based group that already operates properties in Vadodara, Indore and Pune, is also keen to expand its footprint in other key cities like Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai and Hyderabad.
Sajjid Dhannani, Managing Director, Sayaji Hotels Ltd said, “Since, we have a hotel in Indore, it will be easier to operate a hotel in Bhopal. Targeted to corporates, the hotel will be a technology savvy one. In addition, we look forward to open hotels in Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai and Hyderabad.”
The company’s flagship property in Pune, ‘Sayaji Pune’ has a total of 252 guest rooms along with the modern amenities like check-in , banqueting facilities, Barbeque Nation, swimming pool, Spa with Kerala Ayurvedic massages, gym with steam room, valet parking, travel desk, complimentary airport transfers in Audi Q7s , butler service among others.
