The Abu Dhabi-headquartered airline, Etihad Airways, has introduced their new first class cabin, refurbished at a cost of about $70 million.
The spacious Diamond first class cabin will have 12 individual suites with leather seats, a small wardrobe, lighting options and bottled water (both still and sparkling), a dining table and many more. These "inspired service'' offerings also include larger pillows, travel packs for those on overnight flights and a greater choice of food with meals of up to 3 courses including hot desserts.
Etihad Airways flies nonstop to Abu Dhabi daily from Sydney and Melbourne. It also flies three times a week from Brisbane, via Singapore.
