India’s well-known hospitality group, Clarks Inn Group of Hotels is on a major expansion mode as it plans to open at least 100 hotels within the span of next 5 years. The company’s 12th property with 30 rooms in Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh will be operational by August.
“The hotels in Gurgaon and Kaushambi will also be launched within the next three months. The idea is to make them operational before the Commonwealth Games commence. This will help us to cash in on the growing demand during that time. Interestingly, we have already started getting bookings for our Gurgaon property,” S N Srivastava, vice-resident, Clarks Inn Group of Hotels said.
While the Gurgaon hotel will have 57 rooms, the Kaushambi hotel will have 30 rooms and a huge banquet space that can accommodate 800 people. Besides, the company is also foraying into the serviced apartments segment with its new asset in New Delhi. The 30-room serviced apartment located in Kailash Colony will be launched by September-October. Another Clark Inn property, which would have 40 rooms, will be opened in Kailash Colony by December, this year.
