Swiss-Belhotel International, a leading brand in international hotel management, will soon unveil a new three-star hotel called ‘Swiss-Inn Al Khoory’ in Dubai. The company has signed a management agreement with M T Khoory Group for setting up the new hotel which will be the second property for Swiss-Belhotel International in Dubai. The hotel is expected to be functional by early 2011.
‘Swiss-Inn Al Khoory’ that mainly aims to tap the business and leisure segment will have 212 rooms and suites. It will feature an all day dining restaurant, lobby lounge, a roof top shisa terrace, conference, banqueting areas and a state-of-the-art fitness centre.
Gavin M Faull, President and Chairman, Swiss-Belhotel International said, “The addition of this new property to the Swiss-Belhotel International portfolio of hotels in The Middle East is an indication of the confidence our global international hotel management company has in The Middle East region, and a reflection of our belief in the growing Dubai tourism market.”
Swiss-Belhotel International is rapidly expanding its footprint on a global basis with almost 60 hotels and projects in The Middle East, China and the Asia Pacific regions. The hotel chain that is signing new hotels and projects expects to achieve a portfolio of atleast 100 hotels by early 2012.
